Three Forks of the Flathead Wild & Scenic River (North, South, and Middle Forks) are on the rise and forecasted to peak May 6-8, 2023. Depending conditions we may see a second peak as we did in 2022. These three rivers together contribute 85% of the water that flows into Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi River.
